I hereby certify that Miss Spalding Co , staff, and facility where pageant or event is being held, or anyone associated with this pageant are not responsible for accidents, injury, or theft incurred before, during, or after the pageant and therefore release any liability to said parties. Judges decisions are final. Poor sportsmanship will result in disqualification of contestant and prizes (this includes contestant and family members). The director reserves the right to cancel pageant due to lack of participation with full refund. If pageant is rescheduled die to inclement weather all monies will be carried over to next pageant, no refunds will be given. I understand no refund will be given if contestant fails to show or is disqualified because of misconduct by contestant or family member. Scholarship is paid directly to school attending. Winner must be attending college within 2 years to accept scholarship or $250.00 cash will be paid directly to contestant. Miss Queen must make a minimum of 4 appearances within a year to accept scholarship or cash award, if less than 4 scholarship or cash award will be void. Scholarship or cash will be awarded when she crowns her successor the following year if appearances have been met.
